Episode #4 Expressing HOLY rage
There's been a lot of fear expressing anger especially for the empaths and HSP that were conditioned it's not ok to get angry. But where does the emotion go because certainly it's healthy to express all ranges of emotions including anger, in healthy doses and expressed in a safe environment.
Anger is the lowest of the negative frequencies that can be transformed into a higher frequencies when done consciously. Here I'm talking about holy rage, the anger that is rising from so many women awakening to their soul power. The fierceness rising to the surface from all the suppression and deep conditioning.
Now we know this emotion is available to us and it must leave the body. If repressed they can be acted out in unhealthy reactive anger, all kinds of addictions especially fiery substances like drugs, alcohol, smoking. It could also lead to self-infliction of pain.
It's good especially during these times to become aware if you're holding anger back and instead express it, whether you're by yourself, with a friend or loved one you can trust who will provide a safe space to express or to nature.
I share a story of a fever that helped me express an anger I've been wanting to release, well didn't know it was anger at the time so I really feel the fever assisted me and during the time, I share in the podcast how I healed my inner child. It was an incredible experience of lightness and clarity and above all love.
Shortly after, a friend shared her experience of holy rage. So express it friends, we are brightening. Be fully you, expressed as your soul desires you to be.
